Wellness You and I are a dedicated team of doctors and therapist who have been serving the greater Seattle area since 1998. We are licensed and board certified in chiropractic, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, Chinese traditional herb medicine, physical therapy, and massage therapy.
Dr. Connie Guan, D.C.

In addition to her many years of chiropractic training and practice, Dr. Guan has trained with traditional Chinese medicine schools in Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu, and has friendships with some of the most experienced practitioners of these disciplines. Her deep and varied experience enables her to diagnose an injury or degenrative case and create a personalized treatment and recovery plan for each patient. She has also helped many children and teenagers through education on good posture, safe sports practices, healthy diet recommendations, therapeutic excise, and home activites for quick recovery from injury.
Dr. Guan is fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese.
Dr. Katharine Ting, N.D., L.Ac., & EAMP

Dr. Ting’s unique background enables her to combine western medical knowledge with the wisdoms of Natural Medicine to better care for patients’ health. Dr. Ting received her degree in Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from Bastyr University in 2005. After graduating, Dr. Ting went for further clinical training in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in China. Before pursuing Natural Medicine, Dr. Ting was also a Registered Nurse in Canada.
Dr. Ting blends western and eastern medicine to offer each patient individualized care. She uses natural and pharmaceutical remedies, diet and lifestyle modifications, acupuncture and physical medicine to restore health and wellness.
Dr. Young "Irene" Park, D.C.
Dr. Park dedicates herself to providing her patients with a higher standard of care and provides each patient with a personalized treatment plan to rejuvenate their lifestyle. Dr. Park enjoys working with patients towards successful restoration of their health.
In addition to her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Park has extensive training in Pediatric Chiropractic, Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), and in Soft Tissue, Muscle Energy Technique (M.E.T.), and Kinesio Taping Technique. Dr. Park is a native of Seoul, South Korea and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington.
Dr. Eugene Lee, D.C.
Dr. Eugene Lee enjoys treating patients who are suffering from a various abnormal musculoskeletal conditions resulting from auto accident, work injury and sports injury. Dr. Lee provides manual therapy for spine and extremities which includes myofascial release, joint mobilization, kinesio-tape, traction, axial vertebral decompression therapy, therapeutic exercises, and spine and extremity adjustment.
Dr. Lee graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College of West in San Jose in 2009. He began his career as a chiropractor during his externship at Chiropractic Sports and Rehabilitation Clinic in Campbell, Northern California where he gained valuable clinical experiences in treating patients who suffered various sports injuries. Later, Dr. Lee joined a multi-disciplinary medical clinic in Los Angeles and provided effective care plans for patients suffering from various musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Wenguang Liu, L.Ac & MAOM

Dr. Liu graduated with his Bachelor's Degree from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. Following his graduation, he spent three years are Zhejiang's Traditional Chinese Hospital, where he became a resident physician. He came to the U.S. in 2013 to pursue his Masters at Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Han University of Traditional Medicine.
Dr. Liu is board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology as a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine. His vast knowledge, combined from school and hands-on experience, is tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and needs.
